Polycarbonate objective lens in T-shape for the Smartphone Case
DiCAPac Action Smartphone Cases have been designed for all commercial customary smartphones. The T-shape lens window is made of polycarbonate, also known as PC. It has a coating to prevent scratches and is highly transparent for visible light, and is therefore also used for eyeglasses, eye protection and optical lenses. This new lens gives you excellent picture quality for your underwater pictures.
Safety first for underwater use
The DiCAPac Waterproof Smartphone Cases can be used up to 10 meters deep water according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and IPX8 & IP68 standards. These are the highest protection classes for waterproofness.
The zip closure mechanism, curling along the fold lines and the stable Velcro closure ensure the waterproofness of the Smartphone case.
Before delivery from the manufacturer, each individual sample is hand-tested for water tightness: the condition is that every DiCAPac waterproof case stays waterproof to 10 meters deep water for 30 minutes. DiCAPac tests each individual product before delivery, as well as every DiCAPac should be tested before use as described in the instructions. This is to ensure that the DiCAPac Action WP-C2A waterproof smartphone case is still waterproof after storage, after last use and transport.
