DiCAPac Action cell phone cases have been designed for all standard customary mobile phones. The T-shape lens window is made of polycarbonate, also known as PC. It has a scratch-resistant coating and is highly transparent to visible light and is therefore used also e.g. for eye protection, spectacles and optical lenses. The DiCAPac waterproof cell phone case is tested waterproof for up to 10m deep water according to the IPX8 & IP68 standards and the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). These are the highest protection classes.
The triple protection closure system, zipper closure, the roll along the fold lines and the strong velcro closure ensure the waterproof protection of the camera in the case. Before a DiCAPac leaves the factory, every single specimen is manually tested for water tightness: every DiCAPac waterproof mobile phone case has to be waterproof at 10 meters water depth for half an hour. Just as DiCAPac always tests all products individually, you, the user, should also repeat the leak test before each use.
