The BungyPump Walkathlon Nordic Walking Pole is suitable for Training, hikes and rehabilitation training.

The built-in resistance gives the user effective, yet gentle fitness and strength training, while the fixed option is perfect for e.g. hikes in mountains, rugged terrains or as support on slippery surfaces.

Exercising with the BungyPump Walkathlon, 90% of the body’s muscles are activated with up to 77% increase in calorie burn compared to regular walking. It can be used by everyone regardless of age, fitness level and gender.

The BungyPump Walkathlon poles are delivered in pairs, with tips, baskets and rubber feet. With the moveable locking mechanism the pole can quickly and easily change from springy to fixed pole in just seconds. The locking of the pole can be adjusted by twisting the turning nut so that it is secured on the middle part of the pole. This will guarantee the pole from collapsing and stay in the fixed position.
For a more challenging training, the poles can be upgraded to higher resistance levels with the available “upgrade kits” of 6 or 8 kilos. This is easy and doesn’t require the use of any tools.
